Personnel

  • Preparation of all the documents related to new appointees;
  • Preparation of employment contracts, supplementary agreements, orders for absences, penalties, and termination of employment relations;
  • Electronic registration of concluded, amended and terminated employment contracts with the National Revenue Agency (NRA);
  • Elaborating payroll and pay slips, producing statements on payable social security contributions and taxes, information about the insured persons (D1), information about the due contributions (D6) as well as submitting all of the above electronically to NRA;
  • Calculation of the remuneration due to personnel hired under non-employment relationships;
  • Creating payment orders for the Client's liabilities to the budget;
  • Acceptance, classification, and handling of submitted sick-leave certificates, compiling lists and cover letters for NSSI;
  • Issuance of official certificates on the length of service and income of the Client's personnel to be submitted to NSSI, the Labour Office, NRA, The Social Assistance Agency and other public institutions. The documents shall be issued within the statutory terms, upon submission of a request in writing by the Client;
  • Issuing and certifying the employment records of the personnel in the Client’s company;
  • Consulting on employment and social security cases.
