The Personnel Department is responsible for the personnel-related processes - from the initial recruitment, through the filing of the appointment papers, the issuing of documents evidencing years of service and income, required for the time the employee is appointed in the company, to correctly documenting the termination of the employment relations and issuing of all the necessary certificates to this effect. We can cover this function and keep the files of your personnel in perfect order.

  • issuing of documents relating to the preparation, modification and termination of employment contracts;
  • registration of employment contracts with NRA (upon conclusion, modification and termination) - electronically;
  • preparation of civil contracts and management contracts, and annexes to these contracts;
  • keeping and administering the employees' employment records;
  • preparation of documents for obtaining cash benefits and social support;
  • preparation of documents relating to employee retirement;
  • preparation and administering of other employment and social security documents (applications, orders, declarations, employer issued certificates, etc.);
